The space

People say that a picture is worth a thousand words, but no picture can describe the breathtaking views this private beautiful 1 bedroom apartment has to offer, from the beautiful city lights of Manzanillo during the night, to the amazing multicolored hues of the sunset reflecting over the sea.

This spacious apartment is perfectly designed to use all the natural energy the world has to offer so your stay is always full of natural light and is naturally cool.

During the day the sea breeze blows directly into the loft offering a much cooler stay than any other place below the hill at sea level.

During the night the wind blows from inland over the mountains coming directly into the apartment.

Specially designed and planned windows allow for the cool wind to recycle constantly inside the house creating a fresh atmosphere, and if you feel you need a little more cooling the multiple ceiling mounted fans, will take care of that for you; as well as the waterfall like fountain located inside the living room/ dining room.

The apartment has dryer and washer machines, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, flat TV, cable, garage, and an amazing pool with great ocean view and a 500sqft Palapa over a 1200sqft Terrace Rent also includes unlimited international to US and Canada call with our Magic Jack Phone.

We offer homemade food ($10USD for dinner, $8USD for breakfast).

You will love the place, but better yet you will love the hospitality and the ambiance!

Down the hill there is public transportation buses and cabs and also the beach is walking distance from the house, about 300 yards.

There are surf shops down the hill, restaurants, bars right on the beach.

We interact as much as you allow us.
From the moment you arrive we offer free airport pick up if possible.
During your stay we always stay away unless you need us. We do offer linen changes on weekly and monthly stays two times a week.
On your checkout we can also help do a walk through if you feel necessary or just drop you off at your airport or bus station.

Being set atop a hill is really a game changer for this town. It is much hotter below the hill at all times than where we are located.
Also Manzanillo is truly a family town. There’s not a lot of night scene going on. And what does go Down is about 5 or 8 miles away near the shopping hubs. So we don’t deal with any of that traffic noise or nuisances.
The beach is only 300 yards away so you can just walk down the hill and walk back up.

Most people around us and us as well have dogs they add an extra layer of peace of mind for security in this state already rated #1 in safety in the country. And they are great companions.

Getting around is easy depending on your physical state if you are OK with walking and hiking you can get around almost anywhere here on foot.
Walking to the beach the market are all nearby. And you can easily access public busses that take you all the way downtown and all the way to the airport. There’s also cabs riding back and forth all the time in the main boulevard below the hill.
Having a car of course helps a lot but don’t fret we have a Toyota rav4 available for emergencies and rental.
